        For First Registration

        In case you have completed your 10+2 in 2017 or onwards. You are required to upload your admit card along with other documents in 'Other'. You need to bring a copy along with you to submit at the time of appointment.

Instructions for Uploading Documents

Please upload all Original Color documents while applying online. Photocopy (Black/white) uploads will not be accepted. 

For Renewal Registration

In the case of Renewal Registration there is no need to submit the hard copies of the documents by post and by hand in the office. You will be contacted directly by the office within 30 days for any discrepancy.
ਨਵੀਨੀਕਰਣ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ, ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਹਾਰਡ ਕਾਪੀਆਂ ਡਾਕ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਅਤੇ ਦਫਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਮ੍ਹਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਲੋੜ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਮਤਭੇਦ ਲਈ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ 30 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਿੱਧਾ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

 This is to inform all the aspirants who wish to get themselves registered in Punjab State Pharmacy Council, that those who have done 10+2 from outside Punjab, but diploma in Punjab have to wait for sometime so that some pending issues can be settled before registering them.
